Who operates this website

LevelUP Hire is operated by LevelUp Hire S.R.L., Romania, led by Florian Damian. For questions about this notice or your personal data, email floriandamian@leveluphire.io.

Browsing this site

The site presents recruitment services, work examples and professional recommendations. The site’s application code does not set cookies or use browser storage for advertising, analytics or visitor profiling. No advertising pixel or analytics service is configured in the application.

Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the site. The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The operational retention of provider logs is controlled by those providers.

Fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This makes a request from your browser to Google and can disclose technical information, including your IP address. Google explains this processing in its Google Fonts privacy information.

Contacting me

If you email me, I receive the contact details and information you choose to send. If you book a call, I receive the booking information you submit through Calendly, such as your name, email address, meeting time and answers to booking questions. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

I use enquiry and booking information to respond, prepare for a conversation and discuss or provide recruitment services. The relevant purposes are responding to business enquiries and taking steps toward an engagement at your request. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is legitimate interests in business communication or steps necessary before entering into a contract.

Booking and external links

Booking buttons open Calendly’s website. Calendly is not embedded in this site and its script is not loaded by this application. Calendly manages its own cookies and privacy choices on its booking page. Read Calendly’s privacy notice before submitting information.

Links to LinkedIn and company websites take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Email, calendar, hosting and security providers may process information to support communication and website operation. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their privacy notices describe their locations and transfer safeguards.

Retention

The retention of enquiry and booking records depends on whether the enquiry is active, results in an engagement or needs to be retained for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Contact me to ask about the retention or deletion of a specific enquiry. This notice covers website enquiries, not the full processing of candidate information during a recruitment engagement.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Send a request to floriandamian@leveluphire.io. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP or Spain’s AEPD.

Cookies

The application does not use optional cookies, so it does not display an optional-cookie consent banner. Hosting or security services may use strictly necessary technical measures. Any cookies offered on Calendly or another external service are controlled on that service. This notice will need to be reviewed if analytics, advertising or embedded third-party services are added.
